Customised Screens without Programming

Espresso Financials is highly configurable when it comes to setting up transaction data entry screens. For instance there are 6 different layouts for posting payment amounts. Also you can completely define the columns that are displayed and the order that they appear for each of four different layouts for any type of transaction. The possibilities are endless. Exporting & Secure Live Access

Because Espresso Financials stores its data in Microsoft's SQL Server, rather than some inaccessible proprietary data file, with full read-only secure access to the raw data there really is no limit to the export functionality. For instance with the correct username and password you can use any Microsoft Office product to gain access to the data or to extract the data into some other format. The point is that because your data is stored in Microsoft SQL Server it is already in one of the most accessible formats.
