Stock Inventory is arranged in an innovative tree structure. There are no limits to the number of levels of groups and sub-groups that can be set up. There is also a function to easily regroup codes (which is especially useful when importing stock code lists form
other programs).

There is no limit to the number of stock items supported by Espresso Financials. And if your company has many stock items all sharing the same pricing then you will really appreciate parent pricing which allows pricing to be set at the stock group level.

The stock record window gives access to all information relating to each product. You can set up an unlimited number of price bands and there is a volume discount pricing matrix allowing for volume discounts by percentage, fixed price or discount amount.

For marketing campaigns, Espresso Financials has media codes and campaign codes with override pricing for selected stock codes. You can also produce sales analysis and full general ledger financial analysis for any campaign code.

Espresso Financials also has auto generated stock codes that can automatically be added to sales orders and invoices based on total invoice value, total item count or total weight. This is a great feature for automating freight charges, gifts or packaging. Auto stock codes can be set up globally or by
campaign code.
